Can you take post-chemo nutritional supplements while you're going through your traditional cancer treatments?
The answer to that question is, more than likely no. If you're considering it, it is very much advisable that you do speak to your oncologist because there are certain nutrients in here that could interfere with some cancer treatment protocols or medications. So, the supplement is designed specifically for those that have been through chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or those not wanting to go through that. Not that this is treating cancer, it is for those that are doing other methods, and this is for followup.

Will my Doctor approve of me taking PCN supplements?
Please watch to find out
A lot of people ask me, "Will my doctor approve of taking this?" Well, if your doctor is a traditional oncologist, my guess is probably not. The reason for that is because they're not trained in nutrition. Their training is in oncology, on medications and on different types of cancers, which is great and we want them to have that training there.
But if you ask them honestly most of the time if you should take any supplements, I've been doing this a long time, and the majority of those doctors are going to say, you don't need nutrition and eat whatever you want, which is completely off the scale of proven validity. It's literally just an emotional response to just not deal with you is my guess, or they really don't know and they're just kind of acting like they do.
But the bottom line is, I think I've read the research is that only 3% of all the doctors out there actually take any training in nutrition and even then it's very minimal of the traditional doctors. So if you're working with a more of a functional medicine, integrative oncologist, they're going to have more training knowledge, so definitely ask them. If you're working with the traditional oncologist, ask them how much training and knowledge they have in nutrition. I mean, they're here for you. They're working for you. They're your basically employee. Don't be afraid to ask them these questions. And if they tell you they've got a ton of training in it and they're telling you, no, don't take it, then don't take it. But if they're telling you they don't know, then maybe speak to another doctor that has a little more knowledge and training. Because I'm telling you the majority of this research I've done, these nutrients are going to help you get better and that's just from experience and research.

Are their any Side Effects?
Please watch to find out
Are there any side effects? It's kind of a tough question, because everybody's different. I've been doing health and nutrition for decades, and I can tell you, I get some people that can take a ton of things and be totally fine and I get other people that just take a small amount and they're reacting terribly. So it's hard to say, but what I can say is that with these products, especially with our Detox and Cell Revive products, those are the two main ones that can cause some unwanted effects, because the bottom line is the sicker you are, the harder they're going to have to work.
It's kind of like having a car engine that's all gunked up, and yeah, you're putting some good gas in it, but it's sputtering, it's spewing all over oil and everything. It's moving, but it's not moving well. That's kind of what happens when your body gets really sick, is it doesn't work well. It doesn't filter well, it doesn't process well, it doesn't eliminate well, and it doesn't absorb well. So if you're having any unwanted effects, the bottom line is what you need to do is go slower.

Can I take PCN supplements, even if I chose not to do Radiation or Chemotherapy?
Please watch the short video to find out
Can you use these products if you've chosen not to go through chemotherapy or radiation therapy? The answer to that question is, maybe. The bottom line is you have to be working with somebody that is well trained in oncology. If they're more of a natural-based doctor, they're going to definitely be using a lot of nutrition in working with you. My supplements are designed specifically for repairing mitochondria and reducing inflammation. So the bottom line is, ask your doctor.

Can I take Post Chemo Nutrition's products with other medications?
Please watch to find out
"Can I take your products while I'm on prescription medications?" My initial instinct is yes, but everybody's different, every situation is different, and every medication is different. There are some ingredients in these products that could interfere with some of your medications, especially things like different blood thinners, like warfarin and stuff, so if you're on a medication it is best to talk to a doctor that's trained in nutrition to ask that question.
I would definitely ask your primary doctor and see what he says. If he doesn't know, then ask a doctor that's more natural-based, but ultimately most of these products are designed to help people feel better. For example, if you're on a statin, statins are known to really decrease mitochondrial function, statins, or cholesterol medications if you don't know that.
So anyways, it decreases mitochondrial function, so you get a lot of weakness, brain fog. Heart issues are one of the side effects of statins too. Well, the supplement ingredients that are in our Cell Revive are designed to restore the mitochondria, so for some medications it's actually quite advisable, but for others there are a few that it's not, so please ask your doctor.

How Long Will It Be Until I Feel Better?
Please watch to find out
A lot of people ask me, "How long will it be until I notice results?" Well, that's a good question. Results vary dramatically from person to person, and those results can happen because of many different reasons, for timewise. Some of it's genetics, some of it's diet, exercise, how much water you drink, your sleeping habits, your stress levels. All of these play a role in how quickly you respond. Ultimately, that's why I have the post-chemo health quiz because that's to guide you. So what happens a lot of times with my patients over the years is, I've seen them respond in one month, and I've seen them take a year to start feeling really good again. Obviously, the post-chemo health quiz scores you up to 100. The closer to 100 you are, the more severe you are, and, honestly, the longer it's going to take to feel better. It goes hand in hand, you just have more catch up and repair to do.
But how you know is, you take the quiz once a month. And what happens quite often is, I've had a lot of patients, they don't feel like they're getting better. But every time they take the quiz, they notice that their score's coming down. So they may be, say, at a 40, when they first take it. And then they're at a 36, and they don't feel better. But, ultimately, the quiz doesn't lie because that's them answering their own questions. So it basically is a value to show that it's improving. So the bottom line is, take the quiz once a month, stick with it, it's going to work, you're going to get better. Ultimately, you're going to do the best by taking both Bindatox and Cell Revive, together. You're going to get better results. Make sure you eat healthy, as much organic as you can. Cut out the sugars, drink lots of water, get a good night's sleep.
Try to minimize the stress, I know it's tough, you've been through a lot. But just focus on the future, don't focus on the past. Focus on what your goals are and what you aim to achieve, not what you've been through. Because it's been rough, and that'll keep you in a stress mode. There's nothing worse than stress. And I don't know if I said it, but reduce the sugars and processed flour, white processed flours. So stick with that, you're going to improve. Occasionally, there're some side effects, I call it, "unwanted effects." It's a Herxheimer reaction, where people can go too fast, too aggressively, because, say, you're not sleeping enough. Your body does most of its dumping and cleansing when you're sleeping. So if you're not sleeping at all, that's going to be an issue. We do have supplements that can help you with that. So just let me know, and I'll gear you towards that. But, ultimately, be patient, take the quiz. You're going to get better. I promise you, you'll get better.

What do I do if I feel worse after taking CELL REVIVE?
Please watch to find out
Hello, Dr. Dylan Foster here again, I'm going to talk a little bit about any potential unwanted effects from Cell Revive. Cell Revive, when you take it, the amount of nutrients in here are very dense and very high. So ultimately most people will be totally fine taking it. However, if you're extremely deficient in mitochondrial function and you have a ton of inflammation, a lot of times that's also coming from heavy metals and toxins. If that's the case, you really should be on bind detox, first. I know it's kind of contradicting the stuff that I've said before, but ultimately we don't know how you're reacting and how your body's going work. So everybody's a little different. So there really is no black and white, paint by number of rule to this. So you got to play with your dosaging yourself. But bottom line is if you're having bad reactions, there's a few things you can do.
One is take some bind detox for probably three days before you start this, see how you do with that. If you're feeling good and you're getting through that and go ahead and start this up and then the next option, and you can also do this in conjunction with working your way up with bind detox is to start slowly. So I know for example, some of my patients I've seen over the years, it's a small percentage, but you could fall in that category. You've been through a lot. They have to start really slow. So instead of taking two packets twice a day, maybe just take the AM packet today and split it up into two or three servings. And then take the PM packet tomorrow and split that up into two or three servings. So you can bounce back and forth with that, do that for about a week.
And then if you're feeling okay with that, then go ahead and start with doing an AM and PM packet twice, not twice a day, but once a day each and see how you feel. You might feel better by then. Sometimes you just got to kind of get the body primed up and motivated inside if you will, to be able to handle these heavy duty nutrients.
So either way just work slowly. Don't just because it says what the recommended dosage is. Everybody's different. Ultimately you want to talk to your doctor. If you have a doctor you can talk to and ask them about this. If you're having any challenges. Because it's really, I don't know you, I don't know what's going on. I'm not your doctor. You're not my patient.
So you can either go slow with some of these suggestions that I give my patients or speak with your doctor. Ideally a natural pathic or functional medicine doctor of some sorts. So either way, I hope this comes in handy for some information for you and just again, work your way up. It will work for you. Just some people have to go slower than others and that's okay. So I'll talk with you soon and God bless.

Why is Cell Revive so expensive?
Please watch to find out more as to why quality makes all the difference.
Why is Cell Revive so expensive? This is a question that I get quite often from those that either don't have much money at all or understand their true self worth. So I'm going to tell you a little something that most manufacturers don't want you to know about or hear about. And that is that there is a dramatic correlation between the cost and quality of a supplement. So with all of my research in nutrition oncology and functional medicine, I was made aware of years ago that not all supplements work the same, nor are they made or created equal. Plus, getting the proper dosage is critical for getting proper results.
So with this knowledge and me knowing that I had to help these cancer patients and survivors that are still suffering after going through chemotherapy and radiation therapy, that I set out on a two year mission of getting my supplements made. That's how long it took. And in that process, I found that most ingredients that are available are very cheap. And when I say cheap, I mean cheap in quality and cost. So in fact, I found out that most supplement companies actually have a huge profit margin because the quality is so poor from being poorly made, and then they have added fillers, and a lot of them don't even have the proper ingredients listed in them, or even the ingredient levels listed in them.
So with that being said, you're not always getting what you think you're paying for. And as I went to many of these manufacturers, what they all said to me is they said, "Dr. Foster, you sure you want to do this formula and this quality of ingredients, because these are all very expensive and we can use much cheaper ingredients and cut the dosages down to get less in the pills, and it'll be much more affordable for you and the customer." I thought about it for a little bit, because this is a business obviously, but I said, "No, I won't do that. I will not cut corners. I will not go cheap and cut the dosages that the patients need to get the results. I need to make my products work." So my name and my reputation is on the line with this. And I'm here to help people see themselves and feel themselves get better, not just take and sell a supplement just to take and sell a supplement.
So that's why Cell Revive is so expensive because I wanted quality ingredients at the right dosage to help get and provide results, not just to sell you something. So the bottom line is, is this is something you've probably heard many times, I've heard it from my wife over and over. You get what you pay for and you have to decide, are you or your family worth it?

What should I eat after having gone through Radiation and/or Chemotherapy?
Please watch to find out more about some of the best things to eat or avoid after going through Radiation or Chemotherapy.
So you've been through chemotherapy or radiation therapy and you're questioning what you should eat and shouldn't eat? And you ask your oncologist, you say, "Hey doc, is there any restrictions?" The majority of the time the doctor is going to say, "No, eat what you want, enjoy life." And if you talk to a lot of groups, some cancer groups I'm in on Facebook and stuff, they're very adamant about diet doesn't matter, eat what you want, enjoy life, life's too short. And to an extent, I'd like to agree with that, but ultimately life can be made much shorter by eating what you want. And you've been through a lot. You have a lot of family that love you, and they want you to stay around here. Hopefully you want to stay around on this planet longer.
I'm not going to go over everything with diet, you can go to my website. I have some blogs on different dietary guidance and information, and I'm working on many more. But ultimately the number one question I get is on sugar. Is sugar okay to eat after going through chemotherapy or radiation therapy? And this is just common sense. I mean, I just... I don't know why people want to fight it so much to say that sugar is fine, you can eat what you want and just enjoy life. I don't get it because we know sugar suppresses our immune system.
Well, if you've had cancer, you don't want to be suppressing your immune system any more than you already have had happen. We know sugar increases insulin production, the higher the insulin levels, the more your immune system and health is affected. We know sugar can also lead to and contribute to diabetes, and diabetes is not healthy. Sugar is addictive. I've read studies that they've found mice would actually rather go to sugar than crack cocaine on their little search things when they get put in these tests, they preferred sugar over crack cocaine or whatever that stuff is, it's very addictive.
But ultimately sugar feeds cancerous cells. You can find it on WebMD, it's not a secret, it's not hidden, but people just don't want to put two and two together to justify their sugar cravings is my guess. Why else would they do it? But sugar... Cancerous cells have that very high predisposition and just an affinity for extra sugar. They consume hundreds of times more sugar than a normal, healthy cell does. They need sugar. They feed off of sugar. You think about it, you judge for yourself is sugar good when you just got done dealing with cancer? Is it good for you? Is it healthy?
I'm going to let you decide and answer that one. Just using common sense and common knowledge. Don't just use a doctor's advice because he's your superior if you feel that way and he's not, but if you feel that he is, you don't have to believe everything they say. Most oncologists have zero training in nutrition. Zero, zero, and they're giving you nutritional advice that you're using as I call it the Bible. No, no, no, no, no. Why don't you go to somebody that has some nutritional training? I've got hundreds of articles how sugar helps speed up different cancerous conditions, breast cancers, colon cancers, things like that. It makes them more aggressive. It makes them come back easier and that's not what you want. You don't want these cancers to come back.
And unfortunately going through chemotherapy and radiation therapy doesn't always kill all the cancer cells. That's usually why they'll continue treatment after you've been cancer free, so they will continue because they know the stem cell cancers that are still in there still make new cancerous cells. And unfortunately chemo and radiation haven't been found to kill off those stem cells, they kill off all the cells they made, but not the stem cells. They're still there, how long they're going to be there for depends on many factors, genetics, diet, lifestyle. I mean, I can go on and on about that, but we're not getting into that.
We're going into dietary information and how sugar and cancer are related and you using common sense and your own personal judgment to decide what's best for you because ultimately it's about you and what you want to do. I mean, if you're addicted to sugar... If I was addicted to sugar, I'd probably try to come up with some excuse that sugar is totally fine too because treats are yummy. And I'd like to say... I've been practicing 22 years, I've dealt with a lot of unhealthy patients. And unfortunately the ones that were really unhealthy, I had to have them avoid all processed, refined foods, carbs and sugars.
And the reason I say carbs is because they convert to sugars and it's not easy, the first 30 days are rough. They're brutal. They want to kill me. Literally want to kill me because it's hard. It's hard to break that addiction. And then once you do, you don't miss it so much. I'll be honest with you, you really don't miss it so much. Once you break the addiction and that's the hard part.
If you feel like your life is worth more than just enjoying some tasty treats once in a while and possibly shortening it and it's worth more to be here longterm and fight it and do the best you can then it's a choice again, you have to make for yourself, I can't make it for you. But I do want you to be aware of the potential factors related and associated to sugar consumption because there's no good research I've ever seen out there that sugar is actually good and beneficial for you.
And then I get all these people saying, and even doctors will say this, "Well, all your cells need sugar. You got to have sugar to survive." Well, trust me, you're going to get plenty of sugar from your fruits and vegetables to survive. But those also come with a ton of healthy nutrients to help fight off cancer cells too. Sugar does not fight them off at all, if anything, it helps feed them. Just go to WebMD.
Bottom line is it's up to you, your priorities. Sometimes you just got to rip off the bandaid quick. Some people got to slowly wean off, either way is fine. Now, people that aren't very sick or unhealthy, I'm more on a moderation side. Trust me, I do have sugar. I don't avoid it by any means, but I don't have nearly as much most people. I don't have hardly ever any high fructose corn syrup. I can't even remember how many years it's been since I've had a soda or something like that. A traditional soda, sometimes I'll have some natural ones. Sounds like a helicopter flying over our head here.
Anyways, I think that's it for now. Just use your own personal judgment, your own decisions. If someone's going to give you advice, look up what their background is. I've been practicing 22 years, all my training is in nutrition, oncology, functional medicine, chiropractic. My trainings on how to make the body healthier, not how to drug and chemicalize the body, if you will. None of that has to do with healthy.
Anyways, hope this answers a little bit of that question for you. And if you want go to my website, look at my blogs on different dietary suggestions, proteins, carbs, things like that, fats. Got some great articles on those and how they relate to cancer and helping you stay healthy. Dr. Dylan Foster from Post Chemo Nutrition here, I'm out of here.

Do I have Chemobrain?
Please watch to find out more about Chemobrain / Brain fog.
So you've been through chemotherapy, radiation therapy, whatever it might be, and you just can't think clear; you can't remember anything, you can't function well, you get angry, depressed really easily, you're snapping at everybody that comes to you, just things aren't right in here and you don't know what it is. So you hear the word CHEMO BRAIN. That comes to mind, right? People start talking about chemo brain. Well, chemo brain is, quite simply put, just basically, there's just so much free radical damage and depletion of key nutrients, and cellular damage, mitochondrial damage in the body, that your brain's just not working right. It's not functioning properly, the neurons aren't processing right, and you can't think clearly. And it's not good, it's not fun, it's quite frustrating. And it's not just frustrating for you, it's frustrating for all your loved ones around you.
So I want to talk a little bit about chemo brain. I am Dr. Dylan Foster from Post Chemo Nutrition. So what I wanted to talk about chemo brain is there's certain nutrients that have been found to help reverse it. There's actually quite a few nutrients, through studies, that have been found to reverse it and get rid of it. But I wanted to start with the foundation, because the number one cause of chemo brain is low mitochondrial function and inflammation. So that's why I devised Cell Revive, because it's going to help you get that energy back. So if you have any weakness, low energy, not sleeping well, or chemo fatigue, or chemo brain, most of the time, that's low mitochondrial function, and that will suffice for most people.
So what I suggest is start with Cell Revive and Bindatox. I would do both, because you want to get those toxins and all the chemicals out of your body and absorb some of that radiation, if you've been through that. So get on Cell Revive, take that as long as you can, until you're feeling better. So you keep answering those health quizzes. And if you get to a point where your score is, say below 20, all your other main symptoms are better, you're feeling good overall, but it's still just... you get that brain fog, that chemo brain... Your strength's getting better, your energy is better, but you still can't remember stuff. And don't listen to other people and say, "This is normal." Normal is not good. I'm sorry, but normal people aren't usually healthy people. Don't be normal, be above normal, be healthy. Get rid of that chemo brain.
So if you see it still happening, and you've been through, and been on Cell Revive, then we'll work on getting you on... I have a product called Brain Revive that I'm making. So until then, I have a few other products that we can get you on, just email me right now. I'll probably get them on the website soon, but for now, just email me and I can share them with you and let you know what they are. Because the one really want is much more concentrated than the ones that I can get access to right now, so I have to formulate my own, which if it's anything like Cell Revive, that's going to take a couple of years. It is not easy when you do high quality products and ingredients anymore.
So if you have and are suffering from chemo brain, it is affecting you, your lifestyle and your loved ones around you, please get on Cell Revive and Bindatox and get those nutrients back into your body, so you can start functioning and thinking clearer again. Again, life is short, you better... I shouldn't say you better, I don't want to judge anybody. But really, we all should get the most out of our lives and not take it for granted. Because as you may very well know, it does go too fast and it is very precious. So please, get on Cell Revive. And if you have any questions, don't hesitate to email me. So until then, Dr. Foster here of Post Chemo Nutrition, out.

Do I have Chemofatigue?
Please watch to find out more about something called Chemo Fatigue
So a little bit ago, I talked about the importance of oxygen and exercising and helping the mitochondria work because oxygen is a part of that transport system within the cells to make mitochondria get the energy so you can heal and feel better. But there's a term out there called CHEMO FATIGUE. A lot of people talk about that, and they talk about it like it's a normal and fine thing and you just have to accept it. And maybe in a year or two, three, five, it'll go away. But there are a lot of people that never goes away. It just stays with them for the rest of their life. But even if it is a year or two, do you really need and want to suffer and have that chemo fatigue for an extra year or two? You're missing out on life. No offense, but you've been through an extreme ordeal, you've fought hard, you're still here. You need to start enjoying life now, don't just sit on your behind and just say, "This is normal and I have to suffer until I feel better someday, hopefully, maybe."
So chemo fatigue is really just the body's just so depleted in so many nutrients, cells are so damaged, the mitochondria is so depleted and deficient that they can't produce the energy so you can have energy and feel good. So your body's having a really hard time getting and going again. So that's one of the reasons I devised and made Cell Revive. I made that formulation because I knew that people that are going through this, they don't need to be suffering. There's no reason you need to wait a year or two to see if you're better because you know what happens. Go ask your doctor if you have chemo fatigue, what's he going to tell you? "Oh, it'll pass. It'll pass. Don't worry, give it some time."
But there are a lot of cases that it never passes, it never goes away. And you also have to remember, fatigue is not a sign of health. Fatigue is not a sign of your body working optimally, and repairing itself, and fixing itself. And it's not just about the symptoms of missing out on life and doing things, it's also about what is your body doing on the inside? You've just been through this extreme ordeal, is it still damaged? I don't know, that's a good question. Is it? Fatigue is a sign to me that if somebody's unhealthy, they have fatigue. I've never seen somebody super healthy have a lot of energy, or super healthy. Most people have a lot of energy that are super healthy.
I've never seen somebody that's sick have a lot of energy. Just like when I get the cold, I'm definitely very low on energy. So please do yourself a favor and get some Cell Revive, get on some nutrients that restore that mitochondrial function so you can help remove that chemo, fatigue and start feeling better again, start enjoying your life. Start playing with your kids, grandkids, your spouses, whatever it is. Just get back to life because it's precious. As you know life is precious and it can go like that. Working with oncology, cancer patients and people that I've worked in this industry, I can't tell you how much I appreciate life right now.
It's just something that I cannot take for granted because I've seen it go so fast on even on young kids. And so we need to enjoy it while we can. Don't wait for it to come to you. That someday you'll feel better. So please enjoy it. Get on Cell Revive, [inaudible 00:03:10] to get the toxins out of course, so it doesn't keep building up the damage. And take care of yourself, get out, walk, exercise, get some organic foods in your body. Try to eat clean because you are what you eat. That's a big part of everything is you are what you eat. So if you're eating processed, dead, refined foods, what do you think is going to make it of you? So again, good luck with everything. I'm sorry you've been through what you've been through, but now is the time to make the changes, get better, and take care of yourself so others can enjoy your life with you, not just you. It's not just about you. It's also about what they're experiencing and dealing with. So here's my dog. Talk to you soon. Dr. Dylan Foster here from Post Chemo Nutrition out.

Why The Need To Take Supplements?
Please watch to find out more about if nutritional supplementation is needed.
Do you really need to take supplements?
Hello, Dr. Dylan Foster here talking today about nutrition. I get a lot of questions being asked about the need for supplements and nutrition. A lot of people say that you can just get what you need from the food you eat and you don't need to take supplements. As much as I wish that was the truth and that was the case, it is not. It's not even close to the truth. That is something that used to be a hundred years ago. Not anymore.
You got to remember, when they grow traditional... The wind, I'm up in the mountains here and I'm trying to get away from the Phoenix heat, so we're enjoying it. So, my hair's all over. But anyways, so a hundred years ago, the soils were very, very, well nourished. If you know how they grow produce, now the average plant, or farm, uses three main minerals or nutrients, NPK, nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. That, basically, gives enough nutrients for the plants to grow. There's an old saying in things I've read that state that to get what's equal to about one cup of salad, one cup, just a small cup of salad from say 50, 75, years ago, to get the same nutritional benefits from that cup of salad today, you'd have to eat the size of a bathtub, a bathtub sized salad. There's one thing that is of a concern is that you're not going to get the nutrition. You can eat as much as you want, but you're not going to get the nutrients in your fruits and vegetables. They're just not there.
Now, I do recommend... I don't know if I should hide the name. But you know what? I don't care. I'll give him some promotion here, Josie's Organics. I got this at Costco. It's actually probably backwards on the camera, because it's recording. Basically, I've read that and seen the studies and shown that the nutritional content of organically grown produce, fruits and vegetables, have a lot higher nutritional content than those that are grown traditionally. The average soil should have... What is it? 70-some nutrients. Don't quote me on that, but there's definitely more than three. You've got to have a lot more than three.
The other thing, too, is the other side of the coin is if you've been through chemotherapy and radiation therapy, your body has been dramatically depleted. Even if, okay, so even if you were to get enough nutrients in your fruits and vegetables these days, if they had enough in them like they used to, if you were to eat that, be honest with yourself, are you really eating six, seven, eight servings a day? And then, you have to remember, because you've been through chemotherapy and radiation therapy, which basically destroys the cells... It kills all cells. It doesn't get to choose and pick and choose just cancerous ones. You hopefully know that. It starts killing all cells, which is great to kill the cancer. Unfortunately, it leaves a lot of unhealthy cells. When you have those unhealthy cells, you need more nutrition than normal to help repair and restore them. More nutrition, not maintenance of what somebody that's healthy, like myself, would take in. You need extra.
The only way to do that is through nutritional supplementation. You just can't do it. You can't eat enough fruits and vegetables a day. Even if it is organic, you still can't take in enough to get what your body needs at that point. You have catch up to do, a lot of catch up. Now, once you get healthy enough, you do the catch up, and you take the right nutrients, then it'll be a lot easier to maintain your health with some good nutritional organic produce. Until you catch up, it's kind of like a dried out sponge, putting a little water on it, isn't going to do any good. You got to really get it moist and soaked with some water.
Make sure you get a lot of organic produce in your diet of fruits and vegetables, healthy. It's not just about minimizing the pesticide, and GMO exposure, and the herbicides. It's also about getting good strong nutritional content. And then, also you're going to want to supplement. The nice part about our supplement, it isn't designed to be a longterm... Cell revive is not designed to be a longterm supplement for lifelong, like a lot of supplements are being promoted out there are. It's just designed to play catch up for you. Once you catch up, you can rely on mostly your nutrition from your food.
Again, be honest with yourself because I've been practicing for almost 23 years, and I have not once seen a person truly eat enough fruits and vegetables a day to maintain good proper health and lifestyle. They're just not getting enough in. They're eating processed foods, refined foods. They're eating out. They're eating a lot of bad fried foods, unfortunately. So, they're not getting enough in. The more bad you eat, the more good you need to make up for it. If you eat a good healthy salad today, or some good fruits and vegetables, or stir fry or something, but you also eat something bad, well then you need another salad to make up for the bad thing. People don't get that. They just think, I have a salad once a week. I'm good.
Please do yourself a favor, don't listen to the people that say, you can get all your nutrients from your foods you eat today because it's not possible. Even our government states that the majority of all health diseases are attributed to a nutritional deficiency of some form or another. That basically means almost everybody's not getting enough nutrients in their diet. And if they could, they're just not eating the right things. There's too many processed refined foods. They're tasty treats, right?
Please do yourself a favor, again, get some Cell Revive, take your health quiz daily, or daily, sorry, monthly, to make sure that it's working, that you're improving. Maybe the first month or two might get not so good because your body's changing, but after a little bit, it improves, improves, improves. When I say improving, the score is going down, so you're doing better. And then, that'll tell you when you get to, I like to say below a 15, to be honest with you, when you get to a 15 or lower, you can probably stop the supplement and then rely on your healthy foods.
If, again, you're honest with yourself and you're not eating much healthy fruits and vegetables, and you are eating more processed stuff than you know you should, and I'm not the one that judge you, it's your health, it's your choice, but if you know honestly in your heart that you should be eating healthier, but you're not, then you should probably still supplement with it. Maybe not take it daily, but you can do every other day or something. That's it for today on the talk on the difference of getting your nutrients from foods and supplements.

Why we give a discount for those on autoship?
Please watch to find out more about why we give a discount to those that go on autoship.
Why do we have a discount for people on autoship?
Hello, Dr. Dylan Foster here from Post Chemo Nutrition again. I just wanted to explain a little bit about the autoship. The reason I implemented it is because ultimately the average person's going to take two to three months before they start noticing any benefits. You're very depleted. You've been through a lot, your nutrients, your mitochondria, some damage going on. Especially if you're having a lot of symptoms, there's a lot of damage. And that's okay because we're going to fix it. We're going to get it better. But ultimately, it's going to take some time. So I decided to... Our supplements were very expensive to make, the cost and the amount of work. It took me almost two years to get them to be made, and the amount of sacrifice to get it to that point was intense. So we can can't discount a whole lot because there's no money. There's no profits for us. We'll be out of business if we do much more. But I did want to do a little bit of what I could.
And for those of you that are committed to your health and willing to stick with it until you get better, we offered that autoship discount program. So when a product shipped to you automatically every month, you get a little bit of a discount. So I just want to explain that a little bit because some people are asking and feeling like it's kind of like a scam or something. It's not a scam. It's trying to help those that are wanting help to get the help and make it a little bit more financially affordable. Try to do what I can. But, again, just please stick with it and the autoship save you a few bucks. So Dr. Dylan Foster here from Post Chemo Nutrition. Out.

Can I take Protocel while being on Cell Revive?
Please watch to find out more about taking Protocel and Cell Revive at the same time.
Can I take your supplements with Protocel?
Hello, Dr. Dylan Foster here again. I'm here to talk about Protocel. Many of you are looking for it, heard of it. Protocel is referenced in a great book called Outsmart Your Cancer. I believe it's in chapter 12 if I remember they were talking about it on how to use it. I'm not going to say I'm not here to talk about natural and proven cancer treatments and stuff, but it is referenced quite a bit in a lot of information out there.
I personally do like Protocel. I'm not going to promote it or push it or sell it. But for those of you that are looking for it and then you're looking at our supplement line, I'm going to turn around here. That sun's right in my eyes. But one thing I'm going to mention about Protocel is that it's designed to basically rob the cell of more mitochondrial function so they can't reproduce.
So in its essence that actually is a good thing, but it goes against our cell revived product because that's designed to restore mitochondrial function. So if you're somebody that's looking for Protocel, that's fine, that's great. Just don't do it in conjunction with our Cell Revive because it'll counteract the benefits of Protocel. So again, I'm not promoting it. I'm not saying it cures cancer or anything like that. I'm not telling you, you should go out and do it. Got to make sure I get my disclaimers. AMA, if you're listening. FDA, I'm not promoting Protocel as a cancer treatment.
But ultimately for those of you that have read them about it and they're looking into it or looking for it, then definitely do not take Cell Revive because it will be counterintuitive to its benefits. But I do believe it would be very wise to take Bindatox while you're doing Protocel if you do it because Bindatox helps pull out any heavy metals, toxins, pesticides, any chemical that have built up. Not just reading or chemotherapy leftovers, but any life exposures from toxins and heavy metals.
Now, as you can see, I'm out in the wonderful wilderness right now. I've been camping a lot as we've been dealing with this coronavirus thing and trying to social distance ourselves. I'm not a big social distancer person. I believe in my immune system is going to take care of me because I take care of it. But ultimately, I do love getting away from the Phoenix heat and getting out and enjoying the weather in the mountains. So that's why we're out here.
So hopefully this answers a few questions for you about Protocel and using Cell Revive or not using Cell Revive. So Dr. Dylan Foster from Post Chemo Nutrition and I'm out of here.

Is Exercise Critical for Better Health and Recovery?
Please watch to find out just how important exercise is if you want to maximize your recover, health, benefits and nutrients after having gone through radiation or chemotherapy.
How Important is Exercise for us Cancer Survivors?
Hello, everyone again, Dr. Dylan Foster. I am going to talk a little bit of post-chemo, nutrition, sorry. I'm going to talk a little bit about the importance of exercise, the need for it and how it ties in with our supplements. So Cell Revive is designed to restore mitochondrial function. So a lot of times when you've been through chemotherapy, radiation therapy or any other major illness and trauma, a lot of diseases and stuff and health issues begin because of... My hair's a mess from the wind up here... The mitochondria to get destroyed, toxins and things. You have hundreds to thousands of mitochondria in every cell of your body. And as those get destroyed and depleted, your cells can't heal. They can't repair. They can't regenerate. They can't get rid of toxins. They can't absorb nutrition very well. They don't have energy. It's like a car with no gas. The gas has to be there for it to work, even if it's a great car. So it doesn't matter. So you need mitochondrial function.
Well, one thing you can't get from supplements is oxygen. The mitochondria, they need oxygen to be able to work. So all the nutrients that I have in Cell Revive is from all my research, all the studies that have been found to really replenish the mitochondria and get you feeling good again, which is awesome. But there's one ingredient that's missing that I can't provide for you that works with in conjunction to make it work the best. And that is oxygen.
So I'm up in the mountains here, as you can see. Great fresh oxygen up here, way more than what's in the town in Phoenix, in the city. So what I mean by getting more oxygen in is you don't have to go to the mountains, but what you need to do is move. You need to be active. That's one of the reasons they find more active people in general stay healthier longer and better. There's always exceptions to the rule, of course, so don't shoot the messenger here. But ultimately the more active and healthier you are ties in with oxygen and the mitochondria.
So what you need to do is get out and move around. Ideally for me, I like to be up in the mountains, some fresh air. And I also exercise while I'm up here. We just did a five, six mile bike ride which was great, and I'll probably do another one in here in a little bit. But ultimately you can just walk. Walk around your neighborhood.
Unfortunately, we are in the times of the COVID coronavirus situation. And so a lot of people are wearing masks. And unfortunately that is counterintuitive to you getting healthy. So you can't wear a mask. So maybe just inside your house, if you got stay in doors, use a treadmill. The reason you can't wear a mask is because when you cover your mouth, you're rebreathing in your CO2, and that's actually making you lose more oxygen. You're actually getting less oxygen. They say you can take in as much as 60% less oxygen by wearing those masks. And if you're dealing with a weakened immune system, you don't want to be lowering your oxygen levels. I promise you that.
So worst case scenario, you just stay indoors, or you have a friend that has some equipment or something that's healthy and safe and you can go there. But ultimately you got to get moving. You got to get walking. It doesn't need to be strenuous and hard, but ideally about 20 to 30 minutes is the minimum. If you can do a little longer great, but you don't want to push yourself. If your mitochondria are super depleted, 20 to 30 minutes are going to kill you. Not literally, but they're going to make you just completely worn out and exhausted. And that just is another sign that you need more Cell Revive to help get that mitochondria working.
But ultimately just please do yourself a favor, get moving. Get a walk in. Get that blood pumping, that heart pumping and beating, and just get yourself a little bit more oxygen so you can make the best out of the Cell Revive nutrients, but also out of your health.
